PURCHASING & SHIPPING

 

If you are interested in purchasing any painting shown in the shop - please use the contact form to inquire about it. Please make sure to write the name of the painting in your message.


PURCHASING

You can pay for the painting using PayPal or making a bank transfer.

A full payment for a painting is required before the shipment. 


SHIPPING

Packaging

All paintings will be securely packaged to make it safe to the buyer.

To allow to minimize the shipping costs to far destinations (for example USA or China), some paintings (larger than 120 cm (47”) on the long side) might be taken off of the stretcher and shipped securely rolled up in a special tube. This does not damage a painting. It can be put back onto the stretcher in the correct size at a local framer’s shop.

Paintings that are taken off of the stretcher for the shipping purposes do not get any price reduction. 

Shipment in a tube option will be discussed with the buyer before the purchase.

Shipping time

All paintings are usually packed and shipped within 3 work days. 

If for some reason the shipment might take longer- the buyer will get notified ahead of purchasing. 

All shipments will be provided with a tracking number. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are not included in the price of a painting. 

The costs of the shipping will be calculated through the carrier depending on the size, the format of the parcel (box or tube) and the destination. The buyer will be informed of the full shipping costs before making a purchase. 

Pick up from the studio

Pick up directly from the studio in Berlin Wannsee can also be arranged.

Duties and taxes

Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for any such additional charges.  

RETURNS

The artist takes extra care to photograph the paintings in a way that most accurately represents the color, textures and size of a painting. 

However the images you see online, may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. 

Slight variations of color representation will not be deemed a fault and a valid reason for return. 

Refunds 

The buyer has 14 days to contact the artist and request a refund. If the refund was agreed, the buyer is responsible for packing the painting safely and arranging return delivery using the same service the painting was sent with. The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipment, and this sum is non refundable. 

The refund will be issued once the painting has arrived safely back to the artist. Tracking number is required for all return shipments. 

Damaged package

If the painting arrives damaged due to transfer - the buyer needs to contact the artist within 7 days providing photographs as proof.
